ACS Nano Paper: Single-Particle Measurements of Drug-Delivery Nanoparticles

Table of Contents

Our paper is published in ACS Nano: Simultaneous, Single-Particle Measurements of Size and Loading Give Insights into the Structure of Drug-Delivery Nanoparticles.

This work used convex lens-induced confinement microscopy to measure the diffusive behavior and fluorescence of individual nanoparticles, allowing size and loading to be estimated at single-particle resolution rather than only as population averages. We applied the method to lipid nanoparticles carrying siRNA and showed how formulation, pH, and loading conditions affect particle heterogeneity and inferred structure.
